Guilt Free Buffalo Chicken Nachos



What you'll need:

2 Cups of Chopped Cooked Chicken 
1 box of whole grain crackers (we used Herb & Garlic Triscuits)
1/4 cup of buffalo sauce
1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
1 Cup of Mozzarella 
1/2 cup of cheddar
3 Sticks of Celery

Optional:
Jalapeño 
Salsa
Tomatoes

1.  Preheat oven for 350. 
2. Lay crackers out. 
3. Mix Buffalo Sauce and Greek Yogurt to make sauce. Spread across crackers. 
4. Lay mozzarella and then cheddar. 
5. Spread chicken and then celery. 
6. Bake for 10 minutes. 

Add additional toppings of choice. I added jalapeño, tomatoes, and hot fresh salsa.
